Herein the terms Gourmet Pizza World (website), 'www.gourmetpizzaworld.com.au’, 'us' or 'we' refers to this website’s owner and 'you' refers to users of the website. When using www.gourmetpizzaworld.com.au you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions; if not do not agree then do not use this website or order online. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice.

We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack. Prices are subject to change without notice and not all products displayed may be available at the time of ordering.

Online Ordering and Refunds
When using www.gourmetpizzaworld.com.au for online ordering you (the account holder) are solely responsible for all transactions (and all other actions). Your personal information including your password and payment details should remain confidential at all times and you should ensure you correctly ‘log out’ when not in personal attendance of your account. You will be held solely liable for the actions of any user you authorise to you use your account or any user that gains access to your account through your negligence. Individuals less than 18 years of age should not place online orders unless supervised by the account holder.

Prior to submitting an online order, ensure all of the details are correct, including delivery address, contact phone number, menu item specifications, quantities etc. We cannot exchange on any consumable item and we will not refund as a result of customer error. If an item is not available we will offer or suggest a replacement or deduct the item and associated cost from the total price. Errors in an online order, including pricing, which have arisen from an administrative oversight, website malfunction or hackingwill automatically void the order. We reserve the right to cancel your capability to order online at www.gourmetpizzaworld.com.au and refuse service without prior notice to you.

Payment of online orders can be processed with cash at the point of sale or by using our website’s secure online credit card transaction facility. We accept Mastercard or Visa credit card.

The amount debited to your credit card will appear as ‘total amount’ on your receipt. The total amount will comprise, when and where applicable, separate charges for the menu items purchased, GST and a delivery fee. Delivery is only available within a limited geographical focus around the store. The delivery fee charged is dependent on relative distance from the store, the value and/or the frequency of orders placed. Delivery fees may be waivered under a loyalty scheme or ‘special’ promotion. Other charges which may appear (but not limited to) include credit card surcharges and public holiday surcharges.

The delivery fee is activated when 'Delivery' is selected in checkout page. Delivery boundaries is restricted to the postcodes Wollongong (2500,2525) and Corrimal (2516 excluding Bulli tops,2517,2518,2519). Those living outside these postcodes attempting to order a delivery will not able to proceed.
